Pond Pump and Fountain will accept returns and refund cost of item less a 15% restocking fee. In case of exchange, the restocking fee will be waived and shipping of the new item will be charged. |

Shipping is usually via UPS. Pond Pump and Fountain reserves the right to ship via an alternate carrier (Normally USPS). Very large or heavy items may be shipped by Freight Motor Carrier. Most orders are shipped the next business day. | ||
